FORMANT

FORMANT documents an open discourse around the subject of building.

The idea of documenting monthly conversations with and about architects grew out of our interest in the discourse surrounding architecture.

We ask questions about working methods, attitudes, and the why behind them.

We are less interested in definitive positions than in thinking things through together.

The format ranges from podcasts about architects, in which we discuss specific topics, to public discourse as part of events, where we engage in conversations with architects.

We are Bennet, Mini, Jonas and Romy.

After completing our Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, we now work from Antwerp, Berlin, and Zurich.
