Being part of our earthship build

Germany's second Earthship is rising in Ivenack, built from clay, old tyres, and recycled glass. From 6-13 September, come lend a hand, on the glass bottle walls and everywhere else the build needs you.

In Ivenack, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany's second Earthship is under construction: a building that will treat its own rainwater, store heat from the earth, and run without extra water, heating, or electricity once it's finished. It's built almost entirely from what's already there: clay, old tyres, recycled glass.

For the European Action Week, we're opening this construction site from 6 to 13 September and inviting you to help build it. You'll get your hands on the glass brick walls that give Earthships their signature glow, made from recycled bottles and hand-formed glass bricks, and you'll pitch in on whatever else the site needs that week, this is general Earthship construction work, not a single task. No experience required, but great if you have it. Bring your curiosity, passion to work and your hands.

Spots are limited, so let us know early if you'd like to join. Accomodation in Glamping Tents, vegan/vegetarian food all day. Voluntary Contribution 10 €/day.
