Working Through Conflicts In Communities

What happens when conflict goes unaddressed? How can groups enable themselves to work through tensions instead of learning to live around them? Join us at Gosse 17 for a two-hour workshop on working through conflict in groups.

Join us at Gosse 17 for a two-hour workshop on working through conflicts in group settings. This workshop is open to everyone, whether you live with flatmates in a WG, organise in a political group, are work colleagues, or are part of a house or community project. Together, we’ll look at some of the major tensions that emerge in collective living and explore what it means to actively work with conflict rather than avoiding it. We’ll map out conflicts within our groups, identify underlying tensions and dynamics, and work towards concrete plans for addressing them.

The aim isn’t to eliminate conflict, but to develop practices that allow us to engage with it openly, collectively, and decisively rather than continuing to live with unresolved or passive conflict.

Refreshments will be provided. The workshop will be held in English with German translation.
