Seifensiederei - Exhibition and Concert on Tag des offenen Denkmal

On Tag des offenen Denkmal (September 13, 2026), we will open the doors of the Seifensiederei-Altenburg for the first time in 30 years, aiming to reintegrate this building — which holds great historical significance for the city of Altenburg — into the urban fabric. In addition to a guided tour of the heritage site, there will be an exhibition exploring the Seifensiederei's history and future. The exhibition will also focus on materials salvaged during the dismantling process, placing them in the context of the "10 Demands" put forward by A4F.

The day will conclude with two concerts. At 6:00 PM, the trio En Passant will perform Latin American tangos, followed around 8:00 PM by Ian Druit (rap) feat. YePe (e-bass).
