We invited the region to come and visit our Earthship construction site with the purpose to inform and inspire how buildings can be designed in a passive way and how we can also build with old, recycled and trash materials to showcase, how these can become relevant and important building materials.

We explained the core principles of Earthship design:
1. Catching, harvesting and storing rain water for further use in the house
2. Building with recycled and natural construction materials
3. Possible food production in the Winter garden
4. Solar Electricity
5. Heating and cooling the building without fossil fuel passively.
