For more than 50 years, the IBN has been exploring how buildings can be designed to be healthy, sustainable and enhance quality of life. IBN sees itself not only as an educational institute, but also as a network and platform for professional exchange in the field of Building Biology. It demonstrates how preserving existing buildings, choosing sustainable materials and applying Building Biology principles can come together in practice.
